how to make healthy grilled chicken and cheese sandwish easy recipe.
Why kids have all the fun food? I think adults should have some fun and delicious food as well. Do you agree? For this reason, I created this wonderful "Healthy Grilled Chicken and Cheese Sandwich" and "healthy grilled chicken and pear sandwish" BBQ chicken grilled cheese! My Small brother and I love grilled cheese as much as any child, but we also enjoy an array of flavors, so I came to this delicious adult version of grilled cheese.
I know that I want to use the traditional mozzarella cheese and BBQ chicken sandwich, but I was not sure what else to participate. I made Simple club sandiwsh with salad, and I want to try something different. Let's Start.
INGREDIENTS:
2 slices soft white breads, do not cut brown border
2 teaspoons unsalted butter, melted
1 tablespoon of blue cheese at room temperature, crumbled
1 teaspoon heavy whipped cream
1/4 cup cooked shredded chicken breast
1 tablespoon hot sauce, such as Frank the Hot
1 slice pepper Jack cheese
DIRECTION:
Brush both sides of each slice of bread with butter. Place the blue cheese and heavy cream in a food processor fitted with a steel blade and process until smooth. Spread the pureed blue cheese over the top of one side of each slice of bread.
In a small bowl, mix together the chicken and hot sauce and arrange it on the blue cheese puree in a slice of bread. Place the pepper Jack cheese over the chicken and cover it with the other slice of bread, blue cheese puree part of.
Heat in a pan on the stove on medium high heat. Place the sandwich in the pan, and grill for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden brown and cheese is melted. Slice the sandwich into small serving of 8 pieces.
