INGREDIENTS:
1 cup (s) all-purpose flour
1 cup (s) white whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon (s) baking powder
1/4 teaspoon (s) salt
1 cup (s) sugar
1/2 cup (s) of trans-fat free vegetable oil (60% to 70% oil)
1 large egg
2 teaspoon (s) vanilla extract
DIRECTION:
On wax paper, stir together flour, baking powder, and salt.
In a large bowl, with mixer on low speed, beat sugar and vegetable oil spread until blended. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned. With a thin metal spatula, transfer the cookies to a wire rack to cool. Repeat with the remaining dough and trimmings.
