I especially love this recipe! The marinade is very simple, but it has tons of flavor. its too spicy and healthy.INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup of any whole grain mustard
1/2 cup honey
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 clove garlic crushed and minced
1/2 teaspoon paprika tea
1/2 teaspoon salt tea
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
4 skinless chicken breasts
DIRECTION:
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Reserve 4 tablespoons of the sauce, then pour the remaining mustard mixture over chicken honey, stir and cover with plastic wrap and leave on for 30-45 minutes at room temperature.
Preheat grill to medium-medium high heat, grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until chicken is done. Pour the honey-mustard sauce reserved chicken and let it rest in foil for 5 minutes.
