796 ml can crushed tomatoes (about 3 cups)
1 cup water

½ cup of sour cream
Brown sugar 1 tablespoon
salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTION:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl meatballs. Form the mixture into meatballs, I ended up with about 50 meatballs. Place all the meatballs in a pan. Bake for about 35-45 minutes or until meatballs are done and brown.
For the sauce, add crushed tomatoes, water, onion and garlic in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour the sauce into a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Add brown sugar and cream and continue to simmer for 20 minutes.
Add meatballs to sauce and pour the sauce over the meatballs in a large bowl and serve over pasta or mashed potatos.
