INGREDIENTS:

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, crushed

1 teaspoon ground turmeric

1 teaspoon ground cumin

DIRECTION:

Chickpeas, lentils, sunflower seeds, coriander, eggs and salt into a food processor. Blend until smooth. Transfer in a bowl, add flour, combine and form 8 patties.

Place onto the frypan on medium heat, add vegetable oil and panfry patties on both sides until golden.
