|Healthy Hot and Spicy Chicken Tikka|
4 Chest pieces of chicken (Boneless and cubed)
8gram 1 1/2 tablespoon Red chili powder
150 ml 3/4 Cup Yogurt
15gram 1 tablespoon Coriander Powder
5gram 1 tablespoon Garlic Paste
8gram 1 1/2 tablespoon Ginger (Chopped)
Salt as required...
Butter/oil for marinating the chicken
1 Onion (Chopped)
Mix yogurt, ginger, garlic paste, chilli powder, coriander and salt in a bowl, so as a paste. Marinate the chicken pieces all over with this paste and place them in a shallow dish.
Cover the dish with marinated chicken and keep it for at least 6 hours or overnight in the refrigerator. Brush the skewers and grill with oil / butter and thread pieces of the same chicken. Cook on grill over medium heat for 8-10 minutes until the juices run clear.
Apply butter / oil in the chicken enough not to dry.
Turn the chicken after every few minutes to cook both sides of the Tikka. In turn brown when cooked or looks, garnish with onion, tomato and cilantro and serve immediately.
