7 slices
3 slices (3/4 oz each) reduced fat Cheddar cheese
1/2 medium fresh pears, cored, cut into 1/4-inch slices
Butter
No-Stick Cooking Spray
DIRECTION:
Preheat a large skillet or electric griddle over medium heat.
Top 4 slices of bread evenly with cheese and pear slices.
Cover with remaining slices of bread. Spray the sides of sandwiches evenly with cooking spray.
